New Delhi: India defeated Bangladesh women by 41 runs in the final of the U19 Women’s T20 Asia Cup 2024 at the Bayuemas Oval in Kuala Lumpur on Sunday, December 22. Gongadi Trisha and bowlers starred as the Women in Blue became champions in the inaugural edition of the tournament. Trisha, who played a crucial role in India’s triumph in the Women’s T20 World Cup last year in South Africa, scored a stunning half-century in the final of the U19 Asia Cup.
