How to activate an alert? (Step-by-step process)

1. First of all dial railway helpline number 139 from your mobile.

2. Select your preferred language (Marathi, Hindi or English).

3. Once in the main menu, press the number 7 for ‘Destination Alert’.

4. Then enter your 10 digit PNR number correctly.

5. Confirm the alarm by pressing 1 after verifying the information.

After successful registration a confirmation SMS will be sent to your mobile. Then you can sleep undisturbed.
