Good news in UP: New industrial hub to be built in 650 acres, many districts will benefit
News Desk. A big step has been taken to give new impetus to industrial development in Uttar Pradesh. The Uttar Pradesh Expressway Industrial Development Authority has intensified work on a plan to develop a modern industrial area on 650 acres of land in Sambhal district. This project will not only increase investment but will also create new employment opportunities.
Manufacturing and logistics hub to be built in Sambhal
This proposed industrial area in Sambhal will be developed as an integrated manufacturing and logistics cluster. The acquisition of 650 acres of land required for this has been completed. Sambhal is already known for its handicraft products made of bone, horn and metal. In such a situation, there is a possibility of local industries getting a bigger market due to the construction of a new industrial area here.
MSME sector will get a boost
Many small and medium industries (MSMEs) are already active in Sambhal, but they were not able to develop systematically. Now under this new scheme, these units will be given an organized platform with modern facilities, which will increase both production and exports.
Better connectivity will become strength
This industrial area is being developed strategically at a location where connectivity will be extremely strong. It will be directly connected to Ganga Expressway. Apart from this, its connectivity with Sambhal-Anupshahr route and local railway network is also being improved. This will ease the movement of goods and reduce logistics costs.
Nearby districts also benefit
The benefits of this project will not be limited to Sambhal only, but will also extend to nearby districts like Moradabad, Badaun, Aligarh and Amroha. This area can become an attractive center for investors.
