Gossip on WhatsApp all day? The fear of leaking chat past! Now the message will be deleted instantly
The popularity of WhatsApp is increasing day by day. Nowadays everyone is active on social media from the time they wake up to the time they go to bed at night. From school-college to office, even if they have little free time, almost everyone keeps an eye on Facebook, Instagram as well as WhatsApp. This platform also accumulates comments in the comment box on various issues. But keeping security in mind, the disappearing message feature was introduced earlier. Where the message is deleted after certain time. Meta became more cautious this time. This system is being brought, so that the message will be deleted after reading!
According to a tech website, the leading messaging platform is rolling out an ‘after reading’ option. For now, this issue is being tested on some iOS and iPhones. Maybe soon it will be available for everyone. Better to say, disappearing messages is a feature that deletes the message after a certain period of time. The sender can decide how long the deletion period is. 24 hours, 7 days or 90 days range can be selected. But this time ‘after reading’ is coming. It can be deleted after reading the message. The sender will decide whether that time will be 5 minutes, 1 hour or 12 hours. That means the sender will delete the message within five minutes of posting it. On the other hand, the recipient will start counting down after opening the message. But what if he doesn’t ‘seen’ the message? Then it will delete itself after 24 hours.

A few days ago, such a feature was brought to Instagram. With the Instants feature, users can send real-time photos, which will disappear after being viewed or within 24 hours. According to the organization, today’s Gen G representatives place more importance on spontaneous sharing than on thoughtful posts. They increasingly prefer private messaging over public social media updates. This feature has been brought with that in mind.
