The film tells the story of a man who gets into the black market and finds a VR-based game, which helps him keep his late daughter’s memories alive. However, in the process of doing so, he comes across a dark secret that pertains to a superstar. The film also stars Vishnu Agasthya, Rahul Rajagopal, Santhy Balachandran, Jagadish, and Suresh Krishna.
According to data from the industry tracker Sacnilk, Masthishka Maranam has gained 3.5 crore at the global box office. The box office collection is yet to reflect the positive feedback it has received from critics.
