Grand honor to Hindalco employee Ravi Singh, increased India’s honor by winning silver medal in the World Championship

The promising player of the district, Ravi Singh, who is working in the boiler co-generation department of Hindalco Industries Limited, Renukoot, has brought glory to the whole of India, Uttar Pradesh and Sonbhadra district by winning the silver medal in the 8th World Quan Ki Do Championship 2026 held in Bucharest, the capital of Romania, the European country. This international competition was held from 20 May to 24 May 2026, in which players from a total of 37 countries participated. Ravi Singh performed brilliantly and won the silver medal for India.

There was a wave of happiness in the district on this big success of Ravi Singh. District Magistrate Charchal Gaur and Superintendent of Police Abhishek Verma honored Ravi Singh by presenting him a flower garland and bouquet and wished him a bright future. Officials said that Ravi Singh has made the entire district proud with his struggle and hard work. A grand welcome and felicitation ceremony for Ravi Singh was also organized by the Hindalco family.

Hindalco chief Sameer Nayak, cluster HR head Jasbir Singh, HR head Ajay Sinha, boiler co-gen head Kailash Pradhan, Kamal Kishore and other senior officials congratulated Ravi while honoring him. From Renukoot railway station to the HR department of Hindalco, Ravi Singh was given a grand welcome with drums and drums. Employees and officers of various departments of Hindalco greeted Ravi with flower garlands.
