Grand yoga practice program concluded at Siddharth University on International Yoga Day

Siddharthnagar. On the occasion of International Yoga Day, a grand yoga practice program was conducted with enthusiasm at Siddharth University, Kapilvastu, Siddharthnagar. The program started with the Kulgeet of Siddharth University. After this, group practice of Zumba, various Yogasanas, Pranayama and meditation was conducted under the direction and supervision of Art of Living instructor Pratibha Dwivedi and Yoga instructor Abhinav Malviya. The participants practiced various yogasanas including Surya Namaskar, Tadasana, Vrikshasana, Trikonasana, Bhujangasana, Vajrasana and Anulom-Vilom, Kapalbhati and Bhramari Pranayam. Instructor Abhinav Malviya provided detailed training on the methods of yoga practice and pranayam to the participants. At the conclusion of the program, saplings were also planted with the message of environmental protection and healthy living.
The program was conducted under the leadership and guidance of University Vice-Chancellor Professor Kavita Shah. On this occasion, Registrar Ashwani Kumar, Controller of Examinations Dinanath Yadav, Dean Arts Faculty Professor Neeta Yadav, Dean Commerce Faculty Professor Saurabh, Dean Science Faculty Professor Prakriti Rai, Professor Harish Kumar Sharma, Professor Sunil Kumar Srivastava, Professor Jitendra Kumar Professor Laxman Professor Kaushalendra Chaturvedi and a large number of teachers, employees and students of the university participated in the collective yoga exercise. There was active participation of National Service Scheme (NSS) and National Cadet Corps (NCC) volunteers in the program.
On this occasion, Vice Chancellor Professor Kavita Shah said that Yoga is not just an exercise but a holistic way of life to make life disciplined, positive and balanced.
Program coordinator Professor Satyendra Kumar Dubey welcomed all the guests and participants by presenting the topic introduction. Vote of thanks was expressed by program committee member Dr. Yashwant Yadav. NCC officer Dr. Pravesh Nath Tripathi, a member of the program committee, successfully coordinated the yoga program organized at the Kapilvastu Buddhist Stupa complex located in Gaonaria.
This International Yoga Day celebration, organized with enthusiasm, discipline and wide public participation, was extremely inspiring and memorable for the university family.
Yoga program organized on International Yoga Day in Biskohar
A program of yoga practice was organized on International Yoga Day on Sunday in the premises of Government College of Nagar Panchayat Biskohar. On this occasion, Rohit Kasoudhan said that Yoga connects the whole world, Yoga Health emphasizes on keeping body and mental health balanced. Chairman Ajay Gupta said that yoga is not just an exercise but an ancient medium of connecting body, mind and soul.
On this occasion, the chief guest of the program was Chairman Ajay Gupta, program coordinator Nipendra Singh, trainers Rohit Kasoudhan, Rajmani Dubey, Ram Naresh Paswan, Suresh Prajapati, Prem Pandey, city caretaker Pankaj, Baijnath Gupta, Arvind Gupta, Vimal Singh, Lalu Naik, Ashok Gupta etc. were present.
Yoga camp organized in the premises of Kisan Inter College
His market. A yoga camp was organized on the occasion of International Yoga Day on Sunday morning in the courtyard of Kisan Inter College, Uska Bazar located under the city area. In the camp, instructor Devi Prasad made people practice and gave detailed information about various methods of yoga and pranayam.
Khand Karyavah Pawan Upadhyay suggested people to do yoga regularly for good physical and mental health. Nagar Panchayat President representative Hemant Kumar Jaiswal wished everyone on Yoga Day and said that the pride of India in the whole world is increasing day by day under the leadership of the famous Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
On this occasion, Principal Sanjay Kumar Gupta, Nagar Panchayat Executive Officer Abhinav Srivastava, BJP Mandal President Rakesh Arya along with Ashok Jaiswal, Satyaprakash Verma, Harishankar Singh, Rajesh Pandey, Sonu Mishra etc. were present.
