Greek Style Lamb Meatballs Recipe

400 grams lamb

2 tomatoes

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup white wine

2 tbsp mint leaves

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 egg

1 clove garlic

1 pinch chilli flakes

4 tbsp virgin olive oil

2 tbsp parsley

Step 1

To make your own Greek-style lamb meatballs, take a bowl and combine the ground lamb, melted egg, breadcrumbs, parsley, chopped mint leaves, garlic, chili flakes, Worcestershire sauce, and salt.

Form the mixture into approximately 1-2 inch meatballs.

Place them on a plate and cover with parchment paper. Keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
