Material

  • Green chilli (less spicy) – 100 grams
  • Milk – 1 cup
  • Khoya (Mawa) – 1/2 cup
  • Ghee – 2-3 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup (can increase or decrease as per taste)
  • cardamom powder – 1/2 teaspoon
  • Chopped nuts – 2 tbsp (cashew nuts, almonds, pistachios)

Know the method of making green chilli halwa

  • To make green chilli halwa, first wash the green chilli and remove its stalk.
  • Cut the chilli lengthwise and take out its seeds.
  • Then chop the chilli finely or grind it coarsely.
  • Then heat 1 teaspoon ghee in a pan.
  • Add finely chopped green chillies into it.
  • After this, fry on low flame for 4-5 minutes until the raw smell goes away.
  • Now add milk to it and cook the chilli until the milk mixes well and dries a little.
