2. Growing Method (Step-by-Step Process)

Step 1: Developing Roots in Water

Cut the upper leaves of the lemongrass stems brought from the market and keep the lower part (about 2-3 inches) in a glass of water. Keep the glass in a place where sunlight comes. Roots will emerge from it in 1-2 weeks.

Step 2: Preparing the Soil

Mix 30% cowdung manure or vermicompost in the soil. Keep in mind that there should be holes at the bottom of the pot so that water does not accumulate.

Step 3: Planting

When the length of the roots becomes 1-2 inches, plant it 2-3 inches deep in the prepared soil.

3. Special care tips
