Now, Manchester City coach Pep Guardiola has agreed with Rodri.

Rodri, when asked if pliers would go for a strike, said that there is a possibility for that.
“I think we are close to that, it is easy to understand. I think it’s something general. I think if you ask any player he will say the same, it is not the opinion of Rodri or whatever. I think it’s the general opinion of the players. And if it remains this way, there will be a moment where we have no other option, I really think but let’s see. I don’t know what’s going to happen but it’s something that worries us because we are the guys that suffer.”

Guardiola agreed with his player, saying that if there is any power to change things, it is with the players.
“I agree that many voices are talking about the players. If something is going to change, it must come from the players. They are the only ones who can change something.
“The business can be without managers, sporting directors, media, and owners – but without players you cannot play. They alone have the power to do it.”
