Lion Saved From Well : A case of a lion falling into a well has come to light in Una taluka of Gujarat, the video of which is going viral on social media. The incident took place in the forest area near Nawabandar, where the lion fell into an open well while wandering in search of prey.

Seeing the lion trapped in this well filled with water, the local people immediately informed the forest department, after which the rescue operation was started. This entire campaign has also been shared by the state’s Deputy CM Harsh Singhavi.

Rescued a lion that fell in a well

During the rescue, the forest department team and local people worked together to take out the lion. It can be seen in the video that to bring the lion out safely, ropes were used and it was pulled up with great care.

During this time, the lion was seen struggling in the water, but the team took every step with patience and understanding so that it did not get hurt. After about an hour of hard work, the lion was finally successfully taken out of the well.

After the rescue, the lion was safely kept in a cage and taken to Jasdhar Animal Care Centre, where its condition is being monitored. People are praising the forest department for this incident.
