New Delhi: The grand start of the ICC Women’s ODI World Cup 2025 is going to be jointly hosted by India and Sri Lanka this time. ICC informed on Thursday that famous Bollywood singer Shreya Ghoshal will perform in the opening ceremony of the tournament. This ceremony will be held in Guwahati before the first Ramana match between India and Sri Lanka. The first match of the World Cup will be played between India and Sri Lanka in Guwahati on 30 September and the tournament will end on 2 November. This time a total of 8 teams will participate.
