Step-by-step preparation method

First of all, take grated bottle gourd in a big vessel and drain off its excess water. Now add gram flour, flour and semolina to it. After this, add all the spices, oil and a little curd and knead a soft dough. Keep in mind that the dough should not be too hard. Now apply some oil on your hands and prepare cylindrical rolls from this mixture. Place these rolls in a steamer and steam them for about 20 to 25 minutes. When the muthia is cooked, let it cool and cut it into small pieces.
