Gulkand Milk: Gulkand Milk will keep the body cool from inside in summer, it is a panacea for stomach irritation and acidity!

Gulkand Milk Benefits: As the summer temperatures are rising, keeping the body cool and hydrated has become a big challenge. In this season, people often resort to cold drinks or soda which quenches thirst but can be harmful to health. In such a situation, Gulkand milk, hidden in Ayurveda and traditional Indian food, comes out like a boon. It is not only a refreshing drink but its medicinal properties are also a natural solution to many summer problems.

why is it special

Gulkand is mainly made by preserving rose petals with natural sweeteners. In Ayurveda it is known for its cooling effect. When this sweet rose preserve is mixed with cold milk it becomes a smooth and creamy drink that helps in reducing body heat.

beneficial for health

  • The benefits of drinking Gulkand milk are not limited to just quenching thirst. It is considered especially beneficial for the digestive system.
  • It is helpful in controlling the internal temperature of the body and reducing discomfort caused by heat.
  • It helps soothe the stomach, improve digestion and relieve mild acidity or heartburn.
  • When mixed with milk, it provides the body with essential nutrients like calcium and protein, which are essential for bone health and energy.

Different from rose milk and flavored milk

Often people consider it as normal everyday milk but there is a big difference between the two. While rose milk usually uses artificial syrup, gulkand milk contains natural fibers of rose petals. It contains the real taste and aroma of rose instead of any kind of artificial flavor which makes it more beneficial.
