Ginger Lemon Kefir
Material
- 5 cups water kefir
- 2 inch piece of ginger
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 cup mint leaves
method of making
- To make Ginger Lemon Kefir, first peel and clean the ginger.
- Then crush it and extract the juice. Then add lemon juice to it and mix.
- Now put this mixture in a glass bottle. After this add grated ginger to it.
- Pour kefir water into the bottle. Now seal this bottle and keep it for 2 days.
- When bubbles start appearing in the bottle, put the bottle in the refrigerator and cool it.
- Ginger lemon kefir water is ready. Consuming this water keeps gut health good.
butter milk
Material
- 3 cups curd
- 4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon roasted cumin
- 1 pinch black pepper powder
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped coriander leaves
- salt as per taste
method of making
- To make butter milk, add curd in a bowl and mix. Now add water in it as per requirement.
- Now blend it in the mixer. If the mixture seems thick, add a little water to it and blend it again.
- After this, add salt, black pepper powder, roasted cumin powder and finely chopped coriander leaves and mix.
- Now put some ice cubes in a glass. Then add prepared butter milk to it and serve.
Kombucha Tea
Material
- 2 liter water
- 2 teaspoon brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons green tea leaves
- 1 cup fruit juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1 pinch turmeric powder
method of making
- To make Kombucha tea, first put 2 cups of water in a pan on gas and boil it.
- Then add 2 spoons of brown sugar in it and mix. Now add green tea leaves to it and boil it.
- Now turn off the gas and let this mixture cool down.
- After this, add fruit juice, lemon juice to the prepared mixture and mix it.
- Then add a pinch of turmeric powder and honey and mix.
- Now keep it covered for 2 to 3 days. You can consume it for 3 days.
