Tragic accident in Hamirpur, death of a soldier returning on leave, mourning spread before Diwali

A tragic accident took away the happiness of Diwali in Hamirpur district of Himachal Pradesh. Here the speeding car suddenly fell into the ditch. There were two people in the vehicle, out of which one Indian Army soldier lost his life and his friend was seriously injured. The deceased soldier has been identified as Vikas Kumar, who was only 24 years old. This incident happened near Sujanpur. The name of the injured youth is Nikhil Kumar, whose age is said to be 22 years.

How did the car fall into the ditch?

According to the media agency, the police said that Jawan Vikas, who was in the car, had come home on leave and was going from Uhal towards Bhated by car with his friend Nikhil. But while returning, suddenly his car lost control near Andaral village in Sujanpur police station area and fell into a ditch about 50 to 60 feet deep, hearing the sound of which people nearby reached the spot.

As soon as the information about this accident was received, the police reached the spot and sent both of them to Tauni Devi Hospital for treatment. As soon as he was brought here, the doctors examined Vikas and declared him dead, while Nikhil's treatment is going on. Police say that in the initial investigation, the cause of the accident is being said to be uncontrolled car.
