Harley Davidson X440T: Harley Davidson has launched its new 440 series flagship bike X440T in India. This bike directly targets those riders who want premium looks, powerful sound and comfortable ride. The X440T comes in four colors, including Vivid Black, Pearl White, Pearl Red, and Pearl Blue. The ex-showroom price of the new bike has been kept at Rs 2.79 lakh.
What’s new in design
The biggest change is seen in the rear design of this bike. Earlier the tail section of the X440 seemed a bit strange to many people, but in the X440T it has been completely redesigned. Now the rear part of the bike looks more balanced and muscular. Overall, the bike feels more premium and Harley-like than before.
Features became more advanced
Many new and segment first features have now been provided in Harley Davidson X440T. Ride by wire technology has been provided in it, due to which the throttle response has become smoother than before. Along with this, switchable traction control and switchable rear ABS is also available. The bike has two ride modes, Road and Rain, which make the ride safe in different weather conditions.
Panic braking system became special
The most special feature of this bike is the panic braking system. If you suddenly apply sharp brakes, the bike automatically starts flashing all the indicators. Due to this, vehicles following behind get immediate alert. This feature is especially useful during highway riding and gives a new level to safety.
Engine and performance condition
Harley Davidson X440T has the same 440 cc air and oil cooled engine, which generates power of 27 bhp and torque of 38 Nm. A 6 speed gearbox is available with it. The engine feels more refined during the ride and the heavy sound of the exhaust makes the ride more fun. However, no changes have been made in the mechanical setup.
