After the match, she explained the reason behind this. The video of her angry form is going viral on social media. This video is before the start of the 20th over of Sri Lanka’s innings. The Indian team was playing on time in the last over of the match, so they didn’t have much time to start the last over. Had the 20th over not been bowled a few seconds earlier, India would have been penalized and the last over would have been bowled with three fielders instead of four outside the 30-yard circle. Hence Harmanpreet Kaur wanted to set the fielding and start the over as early as possible.

“We had limited time, so I wanted everyone to be on time, I didn’t want to get three fielders out in the last over. I have been playing cricket for many years, so I try to improve after every match,” Harmanpreet Kaur said after the match.
