Haryana News: Light earthquake tremors were felt in Rohtak and surrounding districts of Haryana on Sunday afternoon. According to the National Center for Seismology (NCS), the intensity of the earthquake was recorded at 3.3 on the Richter scale.
The epicenter of the earthquake was about 17 km south-east (SE) of Rohtak. National Center for Seismology (NCS) said that this earthquake occurred at 12:13 pm Indian time at a depth of 5 kilometers from the surface.
However, the tremors were mild and at present no damage or injury has been reported. Officials advised people to maintain peace and stay away from unnecessary rumors
