Haryana News: Haryana Government, under the leadership of CM Nayab Saini, is taking concrete steps to bring the cooperative sugar mills of the state out of losses. The government has decided to constitute a state level coordination committee to improve the financial condition of the mills. Along with administrative officers, technical experts will also be included in this committee, who will thoroughly analyze the functioning of the mills and give suggestions for improvements.

Big signal from the return of old sugarcane farmers

Cooperative Sugar Mills and District Jail Minister Dr. Arvind Sharma recently conducted a surprise inspection of the sugar mill located at Bhali Anandpur in Rohtak district. He said that under the guidance of CM Nayab Saini, the positive effect of the appeal to bring back the old sugarcane farmers is visible. This time, 36 lakh quintals more sugarcane has been available for crushing as compared to the last season, due to which the duration of the crushing season is likely to increase. This achievement is a direct result of the farmer-centric policies of the government.

Formation of state level coordination committee soon

Minister Dr. Arvind Sharma clarified that a coordination committee is being formed at the state level to strengthen the vision of Chief Minister Nayab Saini. This committee will include both administrative officers and technical experts. This committee will focus on continuously improving the financial condition of cooperative sugar mills.

Strict action on irregularities

The committee will conduct regular and surprise inspections and after thoroughly investigating the geographical conditions and other factors of the mills, will give concrete suggestions for financial improvement. Also, if any kind of irregularity or negligence is found during inspection, it will recommend disciplinary action against the concerned officers and employees. This step reflects the zero tolerance policy of Chief Minister Nayab Saini, under which transparency and accountability are being ensured.
