How to make plastic sauce?
- – First of all, wash the raw papaya thoroughly, peel it and crush it. The thing to keep in mind here is that papaya should be fresh and green. So that the chutney becomes tasty.
- – Now put crushed papaya, green chilli, green coriander, mint leaves, crushed cumin and asafoetida in a mixer jar.
- Add some salt also. If you like the taste of Galchatti chutney then you can also add jaggery. This will make the chutney sweet and sour.
- – Now turn on the mixer and grind all the ingredients. If needed, you can also add some water to it, so that the texture of the chutney remains sticky.
- When the chutney is mixed well, take it out in a bowl and add lemon juice on top and mix well. This will increase the sourness of the chutney and the taste will also be amazing.
