HBO Max Adds Beloved DC TV Show’s Latest Season Today
The latest season of a popular DC show is now available to watch on HBO Max.
HBO Max is home to a number of popular DC Studios and Warner Bros. Pictures titles. Whether it be animated series like Justice League Unlimited and Batman Beyond or some recent DCU projects like Superman and Peacemaker Season 2, there’s no shortage of superhero movies and shows to watch on the streaming platform.
What DC show’s second season is now on HBO Max?
Teen Titans Go! Season 9F is now available to watch on HBO Max, meaning four episodes of the long-running animated DC series can be viewed on the streaming platform.
Originally premiering in 2013, Teen Titans Go! follows the adventures of Beast Boy (Greg Cipes), Cyborg (Khary Payton), Starfire (Hynden Walch), Raven (Tara Strong), and Robin (Scott Menville).
A synopsis for the series reads, “Inspired by the original hit series Teen Titans from Warner Bros. Animation that ran for five seasons, Teen Titans Go! features the return of Robin, Starfire, Raven, Beast Boy, and Cyborg in all-new comedic adventures. Character-driven comedy is the order of the day as this new iteration focuses on the funny that happens in between saving the world and living together as teenagers without adult supervision. After all, these teens may be superheroes, but somebody still has to do the laundry — even if they use their super powers to do it! They’ll also need to take Driver’s Ed to get a license … especially when someone has wrecked the Batmobile taking it for an unauthorized joy ride to impress a girl. Pranks take on a whole new level for these titans when they can turn into any animal or detach their robotic limbs. Featuring the principal voice cast from the original series, Teen Titans Go! captures everything audiences loved about the original show, while cranking up the comedy and laughing at the lighter side of being a superhero.”
The longest-running DC animated series, Teen Titans Go! was renewed for a tenth season back in June, though a premiere date for those episodes has not yet been set.
