A big scam has come to light in Bikaner, Rajasthan. There were some people who were working abroad and yet were receiving salaries for government jobs in India. Many officials have defrauded the government of Rs 12 crore 42 lakh. This game was going on for 30 years but no one paid attention to it. Many government employees have even retired. Now the audit department has issued orders for recovery.

A scam of crores of rupees has taken place in Rajasthan's Veterinary and Animal Science University, Bikaner. Here, salaries, allowances and other benefits were given by ignoring the rules. In this way, the government was cheated of Rs 12 crore 42 lakh by giving salaries and other benefits in the country along with jobs abroad.

Whereas the local fund, general audit and A.G. audit of the university is done. Despite this, irregularities were not detected for many years, in which the then Vice Chancellor, Registrar and unit in-charge of the university have also been held responsible. Now the audit department has issued orders for recovery. Due to which there is an atmosphere of panic among the university employees.

This is how the scam happened
The assistant professors of the university were given money. In this, an additional payment of Rs 10 lakh 70 thousand 562 was made by approving the academic level before the stipulated time for the senior scale. Apart from this, the salary of five teachers was also increased without issuing their joining date. In this way, an additional payment of Rs 14 lakh 49 thousand 538 was made. All these teachers have now retired.

Along with this, six professors were given paid leave to work in foreign universities. Meanwhile, salary, dearness allowance and house rent were also given. 29 employees were paid their salaries. Income Protection Salary Sacrifice Ignoring this, an additional amount of Rs 4 crore 64 lakh 59 thousand 27 was paid. In the case of 20 employees, Rs 85 lakh 49 thousand 241 was paid to the senior assistant and junior assistant against the wrong salary fixation.

Notice issued
After this fraud came to light, there has been a stir among the fraudsters. Notices have been issued against them and orders have been given for recovery. Now a notice has been issued to all the retired people to pay Rs 12 crore 42 lakh.
