As age increases, every effort should be made to maintain blood pressure. BP remains undetected for a long time. In such a situation, the person does not understand that he is suffering from BP disease. Every person should take care of this. However, food habits play a very important role. Fatty Fish and Salmon

Omega 3 fatty acid is found in salmon and fatty fish which is very good for heart health.

Jamun

Jamun contains anthocyanin which helps in increasing the amount of nitric oxide in the blood, which keeps BP under control.

Consuming these fruits also keeps BP away.

To keep BP healthy, a healthy diet should be taken so that you can easily keep BP healthy. There are many fruits and vegetables for this including banana, apple, pear, raisins, kiwi, mango, watermelon, pomegranate, plum, apricot, grapes, avocado, tomato, citrus fruits and berries etc.
