In winter, the days become very short and the sunlight also reduces due to which the circadian rhythm of our body gets disturbed. Due to disruption of the circadian rhythm of the body, you feel lethargic and your energy level also remains very low. Along with this, due to less sunlight the level of Vitamin D in our body starts decreasing. Due to low level of Vitamin D in the body, one has to face problems like fatigue and bad mood.
