Makhana Chaat

Material

  • 2 cups makhana
  • 1 cup sev
  • Half cup finely chopped green onion
  • half cup tomato
  • Half cup finely chopped cabbage
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • half teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 2 spoons tamarind chutney
  • salt as per taste

method of making

  • To make Makhana Chaat, first heat a pan on gas.
  • Then add 2 cups of makhana and dry roast it.
  • Now take out this makhana in a bowl.
  • Then add finely chopped green onion, tomato, cabbage, green chilli and coriander leaves and mix.
  • Now add salt, tamarind chutney, red chili powder and chaat masala and mix.
  • Makhana chaat is ready. Serve Makhana Chaat with mint chutney and sev.
Corn Chaat

Material

  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • half cup finely chopped onion
  • ½ cup finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 teaspoon chaat masala
  • half teaspoon black pepper powder
  • salt as per taste

method of making

  • To make corn chaat, first boil the corn by adding water.
  • When the corn boils well, filter it through a strainer and separate the water.
  • Now put olive oil in a pan and heat it. Then fry the boiled corn in it for 10 minutes.
  • Then take it out in a bowl. Now add finely chopped onion, green coriander leaves, lemon juice, chaat masala, black pepper powder and salt.
  • Now mix all these things well. Corn chaat is ready. Serve corn chaat with hot tea.
Kabuli Chana Chaat

Material

  • 2 cups chickpeas
  • half cup boiled potatoes
  • half cup cheese
  • half cup finely chopped onion
  • half cup finely chopped tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 spoon mint chutney
  • half teaspoon cumin
  • 1 spoon butter

method of making

  • To make Kabuli Chana Chaat, first put the Kabuli Chana and potatoes in a pressure cooker and boil them.
  • Now heat a pan on the gas. Then add 1 spoon butter in it.
  • Then add cumin seeds and fry. Then add boiled gram, potatoes and cheese and fry.
  • Now add finely chopped tomatoes to it. When all these things are cooked well, turn off the gas.
  • After this, take out all these things in a bowl. Then add finely chopped onion, salt and mint chutney and mix.
  • Kabuli chana chaat is ready. Serve with salt and finely chopped green coriander leaves.
