Adopting a desk job lifestyle for a long time can lead to stress, obesity, poor eyesight and even many other diseases. Sitting in one place for many hours continuously is very harmful for the body. Due to this, blood circulation becomes very slow, which can cause problems like pain in waist, neck and legs. In such a situation, while working at a desk job, try to get up from your chair every 45-50 minutes and take a walk for 2-3 minutes. Apart from this, you can also climb up and down the stairs. Blood circulation increases significantly.
Take care of your posture while sitting. Keep working with your back bent continuously. Or working with the neck extended. All these put pressure on the spinal cord.
