Mediterranean Veggie Wrap
Material
- 1 cup wheat flour
- ½ cup hummus
- half cup chopped carrots
- half cup chopped cucumber
- half cup chopped capsicum
- ½ cup chopped olives
- 1 cup crumbled cheese
- 2 cups chopped spinach
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 2 spoons green chutney
- 2 spoons ketchup
- 2 spoon chaat masala
- salt as per taste
method of making
- To make Mediterranean Veggie Wrap, first combine flour and spinach in a bowl and knead the dough.
- Now prepare small balls of dough. Then roll it with the help of a rolling pin.
- After this, heat a pan on gas. Then add rolled roti and bake it well.
- Now add chopped carrots, capsicum, cucumber, olives, green chutney, ketchup, black pepper powder and salt in a bowl and mix well.
- When the roti is cooked well, add hummus on it and spread it well.
- Then add green chutney and ketchup on it and mix well.
- After this, add the mixture of chopped vegetables and spread it well.

Thai Peanut Veggie Wrap
Material
- 1 cup wheat flour
- ½ cup chopped spinach
- half cup chopped carrots
- ½ cup thinly sliced red cabbage
- half cup chopped capsicum
- half cup chopped cucumber
- 2 teaspoons Thai peanut sauce
- Half cup finely chopped coriander or mint leaves
- 1 cup coarsely ground peanut powder
- salt as per taste
- 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
- 2 spoon chaat masala
method of making
- To make Thai Peanut Veggie Wrap, first mix flour and finely chopped spinach in a bowl and knead it.
- Now break balls from the kneaded dough. Then roll out round rotis with the help of a rolling pin.
- Then heat a pan on gas. When it gets hot, put rolled roti on it and fry it.
- Now add chopped spinach, capsicum, cucumber, red cabbage, peanut butter, chopped coriander and mint leaves, salt, chaat masala and black pepper powder in a bowl and mix.
- When the roti is cooked well, add Thai peanut sauce on it and spread it well.
- Then add the prepared vegetable mixture and spread it.
- Now roll the wrap tightly. Thai Peanut Veggie Wrap for tiffin is ready.
