  • Black pepper powder – ½ teaspoon
  • Salt – as per taste
  • Ghee or olive oil – 1 teaspoon
  • Water – 3 cups

Method of preparation

  1. First of all, wash all the vegetables thoroughly and chop them finely. Now heat ghee or olive oil in a pan.
  2. After this, add ginger and garlic and fry it lightly, so that its flavor comes out well. Then add all the chopped vegetables and fry lightly for 2-3 minutes.
  3. Now add water to it and let it cook on medium flame for about 15 minutes, until the vegetables become soft.
  4. After this, if you want, you can blend the soup lightly or serve it as is. Finally add black pepper and salt and mix well.
  5. Serve the soup hot and if you wish, you can also add some corn on top.
