Mumbai: The official trailer of Sunny Deol’s much-awaited multi-starrer film ‘Border 2’ has been released recently, which has filled the fans with new energy. This trailer has been released on the YouTube channel of T-Series and it is being appreciated by the audience. This sequel of the famous 1997 film ‘Border’ seems to be living up to the expectations of the audience. The film will hit the theaters on January 23, 2026, on the Republic Day weekend.

Sunny Deol’s powerful acting

In the trailer, Sunny Deol is seen in the role of Lieutenant Colonel Fateh Singh Kaler, who is inspired by real-life army officer Major General Hardev Singh Kaler. Sunny’s powerful voice and powerful dialogues like “Hai Jurrat…” give goosebumps to the audience. He leads the ground operations as the battalion chief in a display of action, emotion and patriotism.

The trailer effectively depicts Indian bravery in the backdrop of the Indo-Pak war of 1971, which will be successful in drawing the audience to the theatres.
