New Delhi: A shocking incident happened on Friday night in Ajnara Integrity Society in Rajnagar Extension area of Ghaziabad. A 35-year-old youth ended his life by jumping from the 10th floor of a high-rise building. This incident created a sensation in the entire area and shocked the local residents. According to the police, the society official immediately informed about this, after which the investigation started. In the initial investigation, domestic dispute is being considered as the main reason for suicide. The deceased had come to meet his sister and was present in her flat at the time of the incident.
Details of the incident: Nandgram police station reached the spot as soon as the information was received. By then the family members had taken the young man to the hospital. Police later reached Yashoda Hospital Sanjay Nagar, where doctors declared him dead.

The deceased has been identified as 35-year-old Satyam Satyajit, resident of Lahariya Sarai in Darbhanga district of Bihar. He lived in MN Guru Gokulam Apartment in Bengaluru and was working in a private company there. Police told that he had come to meet his sister Dr. Nupur’s flat a day earlier.

Preliminary investigation revealed that the youth jumped from the 10th floor balcony after removing the safety net. The field unit was called to collect evidence and the Panchayatnama proceedings were completed by sending the body to Hindon mortuary. ACP Nandgram Upasana Pandey said that in the preliminary investigation, the reason for suicide is coming to light as domestic dispute. On the basis of whatever complaint or statement the relatives give, further investigation will be done and necessary action will be taken.
