Heavy firing late night in Ranchi, panic in the area
Ranchi: There is an atmosphere of panic in the entire area due to the rapid firing by two to three youths in Kusum Vihar Road No. 9 under Morhabadi area of the capital Ranchi late on Wednesday night. After the firing incident, people hid in their homes while the criminals fled from the spot. According to the police, at around 6.30 pm, two to three youths reached Kusum Vihar Road No. 9 and started pressurizing a ration shop to be forcibly closed.
Jewelery shop looted in Jamtara, shopkeeper shot
When the shopkeeper did not close the shop, after some time the youth suddenly started firing. The sound of gunshot created chaos in the entire locality. Police have recovered bullet casings from the spot. Police said that they fled from the spot after the firing. Local people say that before the incident, the criminals had an altercation with a person and also threatened to kill him.
