The Meteorological Department has advised farmers to avoid working in the fields and protect their crops. The risk of lightning is high in open areas, so do not stand under trees. Trees can be uprooted and electric poles can fall due to strong winds. People traveling have also been advised to be cautious.
The main reason for this change is the cyclonic system formed near Central Uttar Pradesh and Sub-Himalayan West Bengal. The weather may worsen in the next 24 hours, so the local administration has also asked people to be cautious.
