Chief Minister Hemant Soren announced the alliance in a press conference at his official residence in Ranchi on Saturday. He said that Congress and JMM will contest elections on 70 seats. Candidates from other allies will contest the remaining seats. He said that this time apart from RJD, CPI-ML has also been included in the alliance. The Chief Minister has not yet revealed how many seats JMM and Congress will contest.
