Hemant Soren did not make a mistake in asking for money, new twist in the outstanding case of Rs 1.36 lakh crore!

Hemant government has been claiming that Rs 1.36 lakh crore is due to the Centre, but since the Union Minister has denied Jharkhand's dues, this matter is once again in the headlines. Jharkhand officials have realized that technically the Union Minister's answer is correct.

No one can deny that the dues are not on the Central Government but on the Government of India undertakings. Especially the dues are due to the coal companies and the state government will soon correspond with the Center in this regard. Correspondence will be done with the Union Coal Minister and the Prime Minister only. According to sources, preparations have been made for this.

The matter was cleared after Pappu Yadav's question

Recently in the House, MP Pappu Yadav had raised the issue of Jharkhand owing Rs 1.36 lakh crore to the Central Government. In response, the minister had completely denied the issue of dues. Technically the Union Minister's stand was correct, because the Jharkhand government does not owe any dues to the Centre. The dues are on Central Undertaking companies like BCCL, CCL etc. and their associated PSUs.

The state government has previously provided land to these companies and they have to pay compensation in return for it. In the past, these companies had also promised to give some amount to the state government, but currently disputes are going on in some cases. Companies have a different side.

Raid on the premises of RJD MLA Ritlal Yadav's brother, stir with weapons, note counting machine and cash.

In one or two cases the company is ready to pay, but some disputes still have to be settled in the court. According to departmental sources, despite all the things, preparations are being made once again for correspondence from the level of the Chief Minister. Finance Minister Radhakrishna Kishor will also raise the issue in the ministers' conference.
