Ranchi: 10 month old little girl from Kerala Alin Sherin Abraham He did something in his short life which will be remembered for many lifetimes. Aalin, who gave hope to many lives through organ donation after her untimely death, has today become a part of the sentiments of the entire country.
Jharkhand Chief Minister Hemant Soren shared an emotional message on “Losing one’s child is the most unbearable moment for any parent. Taking the decision of organ donation even in the midst of such deep grief is an example of amazing courage, sacrifice and compassion.”
Salute to Aalin’s parents
Chief Minister Alin’s mother Mrs. Sherin Ann John and father Mr. Arun Abraham Paying tribute to him, he said that this is not just organ donation, but a living proof of unwavering faith in humanity.
Hemant Soren talked to his father on phone
In the evening, Chief Minister Shri Soren himself spoke to Shri Arun Abraham over phone and expressed his deep condolences. Expressing his gratitude to the family on behalf of the people of Jharkhand, he said that their decision will become a source of inspiration for the society.
The talk was coordinated by Dr. Noble Gracious of the Kerala Health Department, who is associated with the Kerala Organ and Tissue Transplantation Organisation. The Chief Minister also invited Dr. Gracious and Mr. Arun Abraham for cooperation in further strengthening the organ donation policy of Jharkhand.
Last farewell with state honors
The Kerala government took this message of humanity to a new height by giving state honors to the funeral of little Aalin. Praising the sensitive initiative of Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan, Mr. Soren said that this step is inspiring for the entire country.
The Chief Minister said –
“Organ donation is a great way to give life to others. The Jharkhand government will take every necessary step to further strengthen the policy of organ donation in the state.”
Little Aalin became immortal
Aalin’s life may have been short, but today she is alive as the hope of many homes. Her innocent smile has now settled in the breath of those families who got a new life.
