Mall, Lucknow. Looking at this picture, this is not a public pasture or a pen to tie animals, this is the Panchayat building of Gram Panchayat Pakra Bazar village. Let us tell you that at a cost of lakhs of rupees, Panchayat building was constructed in every Gram Panchayat by the government for meetings of village society etc. But due to administrative laxity, this intention of the government seems to be eclipsed. Contrary to the intention of the government, these buildings have started being taken over by the villagers in connivance with the concerned officials. People have started using these buildings to tie their cattle.
In the same sequence, the government spent lakhs of rupees and constructed the Panchayat building in Gram Panchayat Pakra Bazar village, but due to the negligence of those responsible, the Panchayat building of Pakra Bazar village is a victim of neglect. Animals are being tied in the building. As per the intention of the government, open sitting and other government meetings are to be organized in the Panchayat Bhawan. But, here the cattle are camping in this building.
