Hero MotoCorp’s Exclusive ‘The Centennial’ Motorcycle Fetches Rs 20.30 Lakh In Auction

Hero MotoCorpthe world’s largest motorcycle and scooter maker, recently wrapped up the auction of its limited-edition bike, “The Centennial.”

This special collector’s edition was created to honor the legacy of its Founder and Chairman Emeritus, Dr. Brijmohan Lall Munjal.

 

Only 100 units of this handcrafted masterpiece were made, sparking massive excitement. The auction, open to Hero dealers, suppliers, and employees, saw bids soar, with the highest at Rs. 20.30 lakh for the motorcycle numbered CE100. In total, 75 bikes were sold, raising an impressive Rs. 8.58 crore. The proceeds will go to charity, keeping alive Dr. Munjal’s vision of giving back to the community.

 

The remaining 25 bikes will be up for grabs through a unique AI-powered contest for Hero MotoCorp’s 118 million customers worldwide. To enter, participants need to share photos and stories about their Hero experience. Using AI, Hero will create a personalized visual representation of each participant’s journey, and an AR filter will help users create videos. The best story will win this historic motorcycle.
