‘Heroes did not want to work together…’, Taapsee Pannu broke her silence; Revealed the truth of the industry
Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu is in the news these days about her film Assi. Taapsee, known for films based on social issues, recently made some shocking revelations related to her career in an interview.
“Heroes did not want to work with me”
In the interview, Taapsee was asked whether she ever lost her job because of her outspoken opinion? On this he said that initially he was not aware of this, but later he came to know that some heroes did not want to work with him. Taapsee said, “I later came to know that the hero refused. In the industry, the hero often takes the decisions of the film, unless there is a big director. Some directors are so influential that they cast only whoever they want.” Giving an example, he mentioned Rajkumar Hirani’s film Dunki. Taapsee told that when Raju sir decided to cast her, it was shocking for many people, because she was not considered a part of that ‘special circuit’. She was seen with Shah Rukh Khan in this film.
“Difficult to work with me? It’s not like that”
Taapsee also said that she has heard many times that people say that it is difficult to work with her. However, he does not agree with this. She says, “If someone looks at my filmography, they will understand that I have worked with many directors again and again. If I was difficult, why would anyone work with me again? Only people who have never worked with me say such things. I am not a social person, so I cannot go and tell everyone how I am. I want my work to speak for itself.”
