He told, 'I was traveling in business class, but the staff at the check-in counter was not paying attention. My bag weighed 6 kg more and I was ready to pay them more money immediately.

But the staff asked them to go to a different counter. When he requested to bring a payment machine, the staff refused. Finally, after about 50 minutes, when Ricky complained again, the staff accepted his payment option. He said that this situation shows the irresponsibility of Air India.
