High Court’s order- Judicial Magistrate should appear in the court through video conferencing.

The petitioner, a resident of Jhunsi police station area of ​​Prayagraj, had filed an application in the High Court demanding early disposal of the case related to check bounce pending since 2023. On December 10, 2025, the High Court had sought an explanation from the concerned Judicial Magistrate for the delay in disposal of the complaint. No reply has been received on this yet.

A formal letter in this regard was also sent by the office of the eCourt to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Prayagraj, but no report of compliance was received from the trial court. The court has ordered the presiding officer of the concerned court to appear in person through video conferencing. The Court directed the office to ensure that the previous and present orders reach the concerned officer in time so as to ensure necessary compliance.
