And the second thing is that you are playing a lot of matches in a short period of time, more than 10 or more matches if you reach the finals. are, so i mean That you're playing about 16 matches.” “After that, when it comes to the team, you learn from the seniors or the foreigners, you learn about the team management, how you are motivating the players, how we are communicating during the team meetings,” he said. Or how we are initiating in the training session, or how you are preparing yourself for the match, or how you are cooling down or warming up after the match. So you can learn everything here. And most importantly you are a player As you mature as an international player, it is not for beginners but for anyone, even players who are playing at the international level can learn from the seniors. I just tell my players to enjoy this tournament because you are playing against the best players in the world. So you can learn many things. You can try a lot of things. And this is the platform where you can get a direct ticket to the national team. So as a director, I also enjoy it a lot. Learning things. So this is going to be a new beginning for him in hockey,” said Sreejesh.
