Hilary Duff’s son roasts her Arsenal FC customised jersey choice
Hilary Duff can pull off any style, but her son Luca have an opinion over that.
Recently, the singer’s 13-year-old son interviewed her about her new album luck…or something in a new video for Billboard. The video started with Hilary getting teased by Luca for a sparkly orange long-sleeve shirt that was sewn into an Arsenal FC jersey.
“Are you not going to say anything about what I’m wearing?” the singer asked her son.
“That’s just not…not it,” Luca replied. “Arsenal’s not it.”
To that, Hilary asked what is he wearing. “REAL Madrid,” Luca claimed, adding that he is not a fan of them, as he gestured and looked directly into the camera..
“You don’t want to give anybody the wrong idea,” Duff quipped with a laugh. “I wore a soccer jersey.”
Luca looked at his mom and told her she could have at least made it a Manchester City jersey instead, calling Arsenal “trash.”
Duff explained that she hadn’t sewn the jersey herself but had expected him to be excited by it.
“It’s just not it,” Luca said.
The mother and son then continued talking her new album and Hilary’s change of voice over years. Hilary also asked her son if he would be following her footsteps in music industry. However, Luca said he’d rather be a soccer player or a model.
