Here, Kullu SP Karthikeyan Gokulchandran told the media that the accused has been arrested early Thursday. He also said that nothing has been known yet about the reasons behind this incident. Late on Wednesday night, the deceased's uncle Shyam Lal said through the media that if the accused is not arrested by Thursday, he will protest by keeping the dead body at Manali Chowk.
