The company has told the stock exchanges that it wants to complete the new order from the railways in the financial year 2025-26. The promoters had taken a 44.05 per cent stake in Hind Rectifiers at the end of June 2024. The stock price has gained over 140% in the last one year. Hind Rectifiers had paid a dividend of Rs 1.20 per share to its shareholders for the financial year 2023-24. The record date was July 25, 2024. Hind Rectifiers' operating revenue grew 39 per cent year-on-year to Rs 135.53 crore in the April-June 2024 quarter from Rs 97.58 crore a year ago. The company's net profit for the June 2024 quarter grew 250 per cent to Rs 7 crore. The profit for the June 2023 quarter was ₹2 crore. In FY24, the company had a revenue of ₹517.55 crore and a net profit of ₹12.51 crore.
