Under this scheme, unemployed educated young men and women will be given Rs 8,500 every month for one year apprenticeship. This guarantee of Congress has been announced by former Deputy Chief Minister of Rajasthan, Sachin Pilot.

Before this, Congress has announced Pyari Didi Yojana and Jeevan Raksha Yojana for Delhi elections. Congress has promised that if it wins the Delhi elections, every woman will be given Rs 2500 every month under the 'Pyari Didi Scheme'. Under the 'Jeevan Raksha Yojana', Delhiites will be given a health insurance cover of Rs 25 lakh.
