Historic decision in Madhya Pradesh! UCC Bill passed in Assembly, now law implemented in the state

UCC i.e. Uniform Civil Code Bill has been officially passed during the session of Madhya Pradesh Assembly. With this big and historic legislative step, the way has been completely cleared for the implementation of UCC in Madhya Pradesh, after which political turmoil and discussions have intensified in the entire state.
CM Mohan Yadav congratulated the people of the state, enumerated the benefits
After the passing of this important bill in the Assembly, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav has heartily congratulated the people of the state. CM Mohan said that the implementation of this law will prove to be very beneficial for about eight and a half crore people of the state. After the implementation of this law, our state has now joined the category of selected and special states of the country.
The Chief Minister clarified that under this law, having more than one marriage (polygamy) will now be considered a legal offense and the rights will be implemented equally for people from all sections of the society. The CM also claimed that about 40 percent of the Muslim brothers of the state have supported this bill. He further said that Madhya Pradesh is continuously moving forward on the path of development and progress and now it has become the state where UCC has been successfully passed. During this, the CM targeted the Congress and said that the opposition party has always been doing vote bank politics only.
