Dr. Vinita Murder Case: The fast track court has given a historic verdict in the murder and robbery case of Dr. Vinita, a famous gynecologist from Kurukshetra in Haryana. Korya has sentenced 5 accused to death. This entire incident is being attributed to the mistress maid.

The decision has been taken in the case of the sensational murder of Dr Vinita Arora, which took place in the year 2023 in Kurukshetra, Haryana. A fast track court on Saturday awarded death sentence to the former maid, her lover and three other associates. This heinous crime was conspired by the house spies themselves.

On January 9, 2023, at around 9:30 pm, death knocked at the house of Dr. Vinita Arora, a well-known gynecologist of Kurukshetra. The culprit is ‘cake’ Had entered the house on the pretext of giving money. As soon as the door opened, the miscreants pointed the pistol at Dr Vinita’s head and pushed her into the drawing room. Dr. Vinita’s husband, Dr. Atul Arora told that the miscreants were continuously asking about cash and jewelery and kept harassing his wife for about 15 minutes. To save his life, Dr. Atul hid in another room and later came out through the back door and informed the neighbors, but by the time the police arrived, Dr. Vinita had been murdered.

Maid and lover wrote ‘bloody script’

It was shockingly revealed in the SIT investigation of the police that the mastermind of this entire murder and robbery was the former maid of the house, Poonam. Poonam along with her lover Vikram (Vicky) had hatched this conspiracy with the intention of robbery. He had complete knowledge of the security arrangements and property of the house. In this conspiracy he had also included Vikramjeet of Kaithal, Sunil Kumar and Manish Kumar of Uttar Pradesh. After committing the crime, the miscreants fled from the house with jewelery worth Rs 19.5 lakh and cash worth Rs 1.5 lakh, which were later recovered by the police.

Disclosure within 24 hours and strict stance of the court

Seeing the seriousness of the case, the then Superintendent of Police had constituted a SIT, which arrested the main accused within just 24 hours. The police had also recovered 4 country-made pistols and a pistol used in the crime from the accused. While giving its verdict on Saturday, the fast track court sentenced Poonam, Vikram and their three associates to death. However, due to lack of evidence, the court has acquitted former servants Ket Ram and Umesh Kumar.
