The International Hockey Federation (FIH) on Wednesday (March 18) released the complete schedule of the Women’s and Men’s Hockey World Cup 2026. Both the tournaments will be played simultaneously in Netherlands and Belgium between 15th to 30th August this year. A total of 11 countries including India and Pakistan have qualified for this World Cup in both categories.

The Indian men’s team will start its campaign with a match against Wales on 15 August. After this the team will face England and then arch-rival Pakistan in the group stage. India-Pakistan clash will take place on this day

The Indian men’s team will start its campaign in the Hockey World Cup 2026 with a match against Wales on 15 August. After this the team will face England on 17th August. At the same time, on August 19, a high voltage match will be played between India and Pakistan. All group stage matches of India will be played at the Wagner Hockey Stadium in Amstelveen from 6:30 pm Indian time.

Complete schedule of Indian women’s team

The Indian women’s team will face China in its first match in the Hockey World Cup on 16th August. After this, there will be matches against South Africa on 18th August and England on 20th August. Let us tell you that the tournament will start on August 15 with the inaugural match between the women’s teams of Australia and Japan and this tournament will continue till August 30.
